hosting guidance

I have a community based site and need some guidance on who to go with for hosting. I was all set to go with because of all the supposed disk space and bandwidth available, but I recently read numerous complaints about their uptime and slow technical response. In addition to the following needs, I also will need quite a bit of disk space and bandwidth to handle a relationship site.

Windows 2003

Supported Applications
ASP, ASP.Net, Windows Schedular Task or CronJob

Components which needs to be installed there on Server
Persits ASP JPEG, Persits ASP Upload

MS SQL Server, MS Access

Any recommendations would be incredibly helpful.

You'll need to check out the Offers section. There're lot of reliable hosts listed there who support all the features that you require.

...and after you view the offers, search here on WHT for reviews of the companies whose offers you like.

You might want to consider a VPS which will allow you to run Windows scheduled tasks.

Hello longhorn9901 and welcome to WHT!

What kind of operation are you performing w/ the Scheduled Tasks? This may be difficult on a shared account or server as the providers are going to be reluctant to allow you to run .exe, etc. via Scheduled Tasks. Two providers I would check out would be jodohost and

Best wishes and good luck w/ your search!
