    Efree/Sagonet Lack of Support

    Not one to bring crap public but their support is crap. No response to my emails or phone calls. Constant 2-6% packetloss for the past 10 days. The worse gets even worse....gotta love it.

    Hello,

    We noticed the same problems. Packet loss and problem with their support by email.

    However not problem with the support phone. However, because
    I don't speak very well english, support by phone is not very interesting for us.
