need a toll free provider, who are you using?

i just signed up at ATT, it's gonna take 2 weeks.. it's $15/month i think + 6.9 cents a minute.. oh well.. but i'm thinking, are there any companies out there that can have it up instantly? i guess ATT hasn't reserved the number yet, it's a vanity number... just wondering, i've googled but all the companies that come up seem shady and i wouldn't consider them..

just wondering what everyone else is using

I've had a good overall experience with kall8.com - Would definately go back to them if I ever need another toll free number.

I was using kall8, until I got tired of paying 20/month + for vanity number and not getting anything in return.

Now, I've moved on to ringcentral, and their setup is just fantastic. For less than I was paying at kall8, I get so much better for "features", and included call time.

kall8 can do it instantly, ringcentral does it instantly as well, as long as you don't want a vanity number, or to transfer numbers.

I use www.phonepeople.com, very satisfied with the service, even got a really good number really cheap, including 500 minutes for $20/mo. Good deal if you ask me

I use GotvMail.com... they are good, starting at $9.95 a month. I have the $20 a month plan, though.

Yep, I like Kall8 as well.

Their hunt group feature works out decent too if you have multiple people involved. Their support isn't the brightest, so you'll be on your own configuring it.

It allows you to direct the toll free line to multiple phone numbers. We have it setup in a daisy chain format so if I don't pick up, it goes on to my business partners phones. If none of us pick up, it goes back to a general voice mail setup at Kall8. I think they charge $5 a month for it, so it's not expensive at all.
