I have used them.

Support was pretty slow. They're based in AU, but have servers in Singapore. Since my site has a lot of SG users, I decided to have a SG host mirroring my images so pages load faster.

I was on the $12 plan, and got a free dedicated ip too! (for i2.mydomain.com).

The network and server performed well. Only problems I ran into was sometimes the server would run out of space. The way I had around this was to delete whatever log files and then I could upload my images.
