need someone to configure windows media services publishing point

Hi
I want to stream live video from origin computer using windows media encoder to Windows Media Services Server (Push) but I'm not able to configure the publishing point to do that so I need someone to do that for me and make everything work plus writing the instructions of these configurations in a text file so I can do it myself later
I can pay by credit card only .. no paypal
