Hello everyone . First, my english is not good, i'm sorry .

I've useing cirtexhosting service for 6 months . When i was looking for a hosting which was offering sale off ,and i found cirtex with 50% sale off, their plan is good. I joined with them and use it to host my forum . My forum run good and have 99.9% uptime. Sound so good. After my forum have run for 3 months, i feel my site is load slowly . And i ask cirtex to move to another server . And they accept , they do it in 3 days.

Their hosting is good but the support is not good. I can say "bad". Because they have online support chat live at home page, but i can't talk with anyone , noone reply ( many times ).

And sometime, my site is down, i submit a ticket to ask what happening , they don't reply to me untill they fix error . It can take a long time ( about 12 - 24hours ).

I suggest using a monitoring service like siteuptime.com to see how often and for what duration your site goes down.

Hey there

How often do you need to contact them about the site being down? If its too often i would suggest moving to anohter host. I have heard good and bad things about cirtex in the past.

I hope you get everything resovled, and someone from cirtex answers here.

So what you're saying is that from the start they were good but as you continued hosting with them, the experience kept going downhill such as bad/slow support and downtimes and overloaded servers?

Are you currently looking for a new web hosting company or continuing hosting with them?

Why don't you move to a different host if you're dissatisfied?
