You can use bobcares.com, or you can e-mail me your requirements and I can search our resume database of about 11000 Romanian jobseekers.

Oops, forgot to ask.... Are you even considering hireing overseas persons?

Are you looking for someone to work "on site"....or would you be interested in a systems administrator who could do the work remotely. If interested in a systems admin who can do the work remotely please contact me and I'll pass on a name to you.

Alan: I'd say your best bet would be to place an ad in the Job's forum. I'd bet that there's some good talent lurking looking for work etc on this forum. I take it your positions would be remote positions [they work from home] etc...

I possibly wouldn't trust someone from WHT who was a complete newbie, however an established member with a good track record is a different story, I don't see any problem with employing someone along those lines

But we better not because as Alan says, we're all dodgee

I wouldn't be worried about how established they are on WHT... I'd worry about previous experience. Posting an ad in the Job forum wouldn't hurt, but I'd certainly request referrals, and with some luck, you can pick up someone that used to work with a company you know/respect .
A well-reasoned assumption is very close to fact.

My best employee, who has been with us for almost a year, was found here. He's loyal, hardworking, responsible.....and you can't have him!

I believe we found 2 other guys here that worked out fine as well. I must say, however, we did go through a few "duds" found here...so make sure you check references.

How much are you looking to pay Alan? Do you want full-time support staff? Remote? local?

Just out of interest, if the amount you want to pay is low perhaps look here at WHT but if you can afford to pay something i.e > £10k then a recruitment agency would be good.

I use reed.co.uk to look for jobs and it's pretty much the best job search engine.... shame the lack of appropriate jobs

    Good luck.

What im looking for is a bit unusual and probably very difficult to find. At the moment i can handle all the support myself in only a few hours every day. I am looking to have 24/7 support though and be able to leave someone in charge so i can take a weekend away etc..

The problem is that my staff would only need to work about 10 minutes of every hour. The job would be ideal for people who are using the computer anyway for what ever reason.

Interesting, I would think your best bet is to find a friend who knows the area or someone here, from the looks of things (I may be assuming wrongly) you want to pay very little or perhaps exchange support for hosting - there are plenty of people about who would do that I would think in the jobs forum.
