I want to get back in the free hosting business, but need some custom work done on the server before I begin.

1. I want to setup 4-6 variation of an advertisment that users would have an option of using on there page. I want to make this so they could just put <#filename> on there page.

2. If the above is not on one of the pages, I want to automatically pop-up a default advertisment.

3. I need to put a filesize limit on all files.

4. I need a bandwidth application installed where if any site goes over X amount of bandwidth there site won't work until the next month, or something to that effect.

5. Configure an automatic signup script for the RaQ4i. I have it, just need it configured.

I'm on a RaQ4 which utilizes Apache and I'm just looking for a rough estimate of what this would cost.

I've got something like this I have already coded for the most part. All this would be no problem to do. I'll send you an email and ask for any specifics, but it's pretty much all there now, I believe.
