Moving web site files out of Helm?
Is there a way to download web site files from Helm control panel? For some reason, FTP is not working for me at the moment and I want to download some files to my computer.
Thanks,
Ramdak

Ramdak,
If you have ssl you can use the file manager option.
otherwise, i guess you can only use ftp.

You can ask your provider to compress your site, then put it into wwwroot for downloading

msm25, thank you. I don't have ssl, so that leaves me back at square one.
hpham, I can login to the helm control panel, so can I compress the site myself or only my provider can do that?
Thanks,
Ramdak

I don't think that in HELM using File Manager you can download any files whether compressed or not.

There isn't any builtin tool in Helm to compress websites - at least there isn't in v3
