Are their any hosting companies that include the license with the monthly hosting fee?

Thats an interesting question. As far as I know there isn't but there are recommended Windows hosts for the application. At one stage we were going to offer discounted licenses for this application but it didn't work out.

I've found one so far, it's actually one of the recommended hosts on their site. However I wanted to see what other options are out there.

At $150 a month why don't you just purchase your own license?

I'm sorry, I know this doesn't directly answer your question, but my advise if at all possible would be to buy the application outright and use one of there known hosts they list. You really can't go wrong. I'm sort of partial to one of those hosts though since I work for them. 
ASPDNSF is a good application, I know, I've worked our client support against the competition and as a whole we'll absolutely have less client issues with it. It's a stable, well produced product. It's one of only a few applications we'll recommend and we have zero financial interest in doing so other than seeing a happy hosting client.
