Hello,

I am looking for something that would allow me to upload my existing memebers email address that have requested a newsletter, there is around 8,000 memebers - I want to create a html email that i can send out to them and i need something that would allow me to upload their email addys with ease. Also i need it so that they can easyly opt out at anytime?

Can anyone assist me please?

No idea to be honest, whatever will work? - When it comes to this side of things, i have no clue where i am at apart from i have certain rules and regulations i need to follow- all are double opt in and this is why its important i need something so that they can opt out aswell as seeing the html email sent to them.

I did a software one you can look at my site and of a script you can email us at custom (at) hostthebest.net they can help you on that one

Have you looked at PHPList ? Its an opensource maling list script that meets all of your requirements I think, especially your opt-out requirements. Its runs off a PHP/MySQL server.

You can find it at phplist.org , best bit is its FREE and stable.

yes, had a look at it, but it wont send out html emails :-(

It actually does send out HTML emails, if you go to the details pages, 13th point down

" # HTML email messages. Subscribers can be given the choice between text or html email messages. You decide whether subscribers can choose, what the default choice is, and what format a message is sent in: text only, html only, or both!

I know of a few large sites using it for HTML newsletters.
