It was designed on a larger res screen and does not fit my screen right now-
It needs more graphics, not in the nav or the title, but in general. Also, you might be able to make that yellow work if it is used more throught the design. And images like the one you have of the business people I think should always be tweaked to fit in to the rest of the site- looks really oldschool when they are just kind of there. Also, mybe pulling the nav buttons closer together might help.
I agree with MCP. Right now the colors are very constrasting. I don't like the plans shoved over to the right. That's your main content/purpose. It should be "front & center" so it's the first thing visitors see. Those rainbow colors don't look good.
Your graphics are very harsh against your background. The "read more" graphic needs to be trashed.
Today many hosting sites have a hightech look, your site seems like it's very old fashion.
Try and make your logo/title a little larger and more exciting.
Your table is set to width=1000. Shrink it down or use % so smaller resolutions can still see the site with out scrolling sideways.
