Exclamation

Hi all,
I have a server with Plesk 1.3.1 on Red Hat 6.2
If i run a PHP script and I try to include/require a file from a different directory I get this error:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory. in /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/***********/httpdocs/articoli/class.article.php on line 3

How can I change the plesk configuration to let me include files from others directories??

Thanks!

The software is stopping you from running scripts from another site. Personally, I think this is a good thing, and I would just upload the files into the correct directory.

Not from another site but from anothe directory on the same site! I need to run scripts from other directories on the same site, I can't put a whole complex site in a single directory!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, yeah -that's no good, heh. Totally misunderstood that one. There are a few members who run plesk and maybe they've encountered that problem.
