I am compiling a list of good proxies.

Here is what I have so far:

Please add your favorite non-blocked proxies.

Always nice to have someone compile a list of proxies so that all the IT departments around the world can add them to the URL black list

phpproxies aren't real proxies.

How are they not real proxies? There are addons that make them as powerful as cgi or js proxies.

I know the ones I listed do allow it. Not sure about the others.

Why don't you just go to Proxy.org and see the full list?
