Full admin provides the same great benefits as the base, plus a much more.
Response time is critical when seeking assistance with your servers. We GUARANTEE a MAX response time of 2 hours on the base, and one hour on the full admin plan.

There is no need to worry about everything related to keeping highly trained and knowledgeable staff members on shift 24/7 to take care of your customer support needs. We offer two options for Helpdesk Support:
Monthly Commit
Tickets start of at $3 per ticket with a commit of 50 tickets required monthly. Pricing per ticket gets lower with higher commits. This is pretty straightforward, more pricing info may be found on the website.
Prepaid Support
This option is ideal for those just starting out or for those with sporadic incoming tickets that may not go through enough tickets monthly to go with our monthly commit plan. With this option you prepay a certain amount (bonus amounts given for larger prepay) and each ticket is billed at a flat rate of $3.05 from your available balance.

Dedicated Staff
SeeksAdmin team members that work directly for you. They follow your instructions, work directly on your servers / helpdesk / live chat, or whatever it is you need them for. Available as individuals (level 3 or level 2) and in teams to cover 24 hours.
