    Nocster's SLA???

    I just checked the Nocster's SLA.
    Their SLA has really complete and sound "exceptions" for Uptime Guarantee:

    I, as a newbie, can not figure out what is "not" included in the exceptions and we can get refunds if server down.

    If there is none, I guess they do not have Uptime Guarantee?
    Did they refund when you guys met connection problems few time ago.

    It looks like there is no real "Uptime Guarantee" to me. The exceptions cover just about everythign that could go wrong However, you cannot expect the world for a $99.00 server.
