Adding shortcut icon for Freeway Pro 4 ?

At our website at work, www.fennvalley.com we have a guy that updates our website for us about once a month. He uses a Mac and a program called Freeway Pro ver 4. It seems strictly WYSIWYG and he doesn't seem able to keep a line in ther for a "favorite" or "shortcut" icon. I can download the main page to my computer, the index.html file from fennvalley.com and add that line and upload it back into the site and the favorite icon will appear...... until he uploads from his computer all over again in a few weeks when he does updates. He says he hasn't figured out how to make it stay in Freeway Pro's program, so I am asking for any ideas and guidance from you folks.

I am a Windows XP user and I've used Front Page 2003 and also NVU (Konqueror) and can hard code a line in there and save it pretty easily. But, I guess it is not so simple on a Macintosh.

Why don't you send him your copy of the main page and get him to edit that one?

Tony stops by the winery every week on Wed. I've given him both the whole page and the coded line. He hard codes it up on the website, but he says he cannot make it stick on his copy of Freeway Pro on his computer. I even talked to Freeway Pro support and there was some issue about a certain "mod" that he would have to do to make it so it would stay, else it will simply ignore his edit and re-write it in it's own "wysiwyg" way.

I've hard coded it online, but as soon as he "republishes" the line is gone. I've never heard of a program that you could not do code editing and "save" it to your hard drive. Must be a Macintoch thing.
