Just a bit of advice, Do you have reverse DNS set up for your main server IP? Also you may want to have a look about setting an SPF DNS paramater, its as simple as editing the main domain DNS zone, more info on SPF >> http://www.openspf.org/

How do you know that Hotmail isn't blocking you? When we've been blocked, contacting them has them tell us we aren't even though testing from the comand line showed it was. It was only after repeatedly showing it was indeed blocked that they finally admitted it...or maybe it was only then they realized it?
In the past they've been hard to get unblocked from. Don't know about recently, though, as we've luckily not had any issues for some time.

Agreed, ask your server provider to setup RDNS for you.

RDNS isnt the only thing.
You need to get Domainkeys installed since both MSN and Yahoo both look for their signatures before delivering (else you go to spam/junk mail).
If you need help with this, contact us - admin@indyamail.com
We GUARANTEE that your issue will be solved once and for all.

"DomainKeys" is simply putting in a DNS SPF entry and i very much doubt you need to pay $100 to have this fixed!
A good way to have this done is follow this knowledgebase article http://www.jaguarpc.com/support/kbase/774.html
Obviouslly credits go to JaguarPC for the article, it helped me out a lot, after that you can use dnstools.com to check your sending domain to check the spf record is setup correctly, all for the cost of $0 (although a membership to dnstools might be a good idea )
Best of luck!

DomainKeys has nothing to do with SPF, other than they both make use of DNS TXT records.
Lookup both on wikipedia, and you'll learn a lot.
