I just would like too add that we have done a tremendous amount of integrations that you will never have to worry about being buggy. Is it worth trying to find something cheaper and notice that they forgot to add a code? I personally would be upset and I think you would also be upset so don't take the chance with a cheaper service let the professionals take care of YOU.

We had a problem with the server which we had to reboot during the time you were probably looking. We could integrate your website into WHMCS and Kayako. In regards to the single login your the first person that has requested this (congrats) and I would be happy to give it a try. Apparently this is a new feature with WHMCS that is coming in December, check the WHMCS forums
