You know that web hosting business is the technical prosedure most of all. So all terms are being used is neiche is the same actualy. And it is stupid at least to reprase the most proper determinations and terms.

Don't many host and resellers use the same provided/paid for template/panel for help, FAQ and ticket submission? Like Cpanel - the look is the same but they add/remove options to suit?

If you do copy-pasting - you must provide a link to the website. It is a rule. Or what?

Many host use similar topics/question in their KB and often times the wording is similar to another because the topic/question doesn't allow for unique phrasing of the answer.

However, you will find many host that have taken the time to review their own company, their own support request, and built out their KB with topics/questions that best reflect the service they offer and have written responses much how they would respond to you in person.

We can't all be cookies cut from the same dough. I personally like to throw in some M & M's.

Copying others work without attributing the actual author is called plagiarism.

Which - if your going to quote your KB from another host and provide the link to them - it might be in your best interest to do them yourself.

There isn't any particular place where hosts leech their stuff from....
The n00B hosts visit a wide number of webhosts' websites and if they like anything...they just pick it up;-)

However the bigger established companies compile their own data.
