I need someone to make my FFMPEG/Mencoder/Mplayer/Flvtool2 convert properly, at the moment all it does is after upload creates a file x.flv that is empty. I know FFMPEG can convert properly as I have tried one straight from the command line, I am an experienced PHP Programmer, but I'm only still new to server management.

I need someone to fix up all the little loop holes in my Mplayer/Mencoder/ClipShare configuration.

I'll pay up to $80 USD for this service. It's on a dedicated CentOS 4 box with a good 100mbps uplink, I'll only hire someone with 150+ posts.
