Support Plans

A) True 24x7 Full support (Shared):
Support Includes unlimited help desk support with 30 min. response and 2 hrs resolution. Unlimited live chat, server management and server monitoring.
Description:: Shared 24x7 support by Level1-level2 administrators. Computer engineer+ RHCE or MCSE + Minimum 2 years of experience in providing web-hosting support. Familiar with all widely used control panels For Windows/Linux and ability to work on both the OS. Maximum 30 min. response time is guaranteed and 2 hrs resolutions.
Costing: Starting from $999 to $1199 per team per month

B) True 24x7 Full support (Dedicated):
Dedicated support Includes unlimited help desk support with 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolution. Unlimited live chat, server management and server monitoring , security , updated, upgrades etc.
Description:: Dedicated 24x7 support by Level1-Level2 administrators. Computer engineers+ RHCE or MCSE + Minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing web-hosting support. Familiar with all widely used control panels For Windows/Linux and ability to work on both the OS. 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolutions. If problem is complex or time consuming then follow up mail every hr. until problem is resolved. Total 4 administrators in one team. 4th admin would be backup admin that will work during weekly/other off of other three administrators.
Costing:$1299 to $1599 per team per month.

C)Level1 helpdesk + chat support is available at $799 per month.

D)Ticket & chat support
Block of 100 chats + tickets $150 per month
Block of 300 chats + tickets $375 per month
Block of 500 chats + tickets $500 per month
Validity : 30 days
Setup fee: $50

b]E)Server Management[/b]
24x7 Server monitoring and management 1-10 servers $40 per server per month
24x7 Server monitoring and management 11-25 servers $35 per server per month
24x7 Server monitoring and management 25-50 servers $30 per server per month
