I am currently looking to purchase a host with good clients and stable growth.
I am honestly not interested in a host that bombarded eBay or forums to gain 1000's of cheap clients at 99c a month, I want actual paying clients and a company with history.
At this time we are looking at a purchase price of between $5000 - $35,000USD if the company is the right fit for us. Be it one large company or multiple smaller companies, we are interested in all serious offers.
We have been in the hosting business since '99 as MyWebForums (Sold), TechWest Hosting (Sold) and others that have since been resold.
Who are we?
SquaredDot Technologies Ltd. is a company which was just founded by both my wife and I to encompass all of our business ventures under one corporation. Our windows and linux shared hosting, dedicated server, Microsoft Exchange, and technical consulting business needed one place to call home, SquaredDot fit the bill.
Why?
We are interested in accelerating our business growth to help with my wife's transition from corporate employee to stay at home Mom. We now have two kids and childcare in the part of the world tops $1100.00/mth per child which is simply outrageous. My solutions was to purchase companies with existing revenue and strong growth with a proven history to allow my wife to stay at home as per her wish.
How?
We have "been around the block". We have lot's of life experience behind us and have been really fortunate to have had opportunities which we simply capitalized on which allowed us to have a lot of things in life we always desired. Through these means, we have built an "aquisition allowance" to purchase exisiting businesses to not only get a solid return, but to give us an opportunity to work from home and raise our kids together.
What's next?
