I blocked a whole block of IPs 195. They are giving me fits... Looks like this is a Eurpeon block of IPs.

Your thoughts?

It's hard to say (I can't find any info on Russia's "gateway" as you call it)... but you blocked a whole /8 which is 16777216 IP addresses. You probably would have been better off blocking the individual ISP's that are causing you problems... using a /24 or maybe a /16.
