Hello everyone,

Can anybody here help me and tell me what to do to get out of the paws of dnforum.com. I have some premium domains that are expiring with them in a couple of days. The domains were registered through their powerwindows.com. I have been wanting to renew the domains before now but there was no way I could do so as there was now way I could make automatic payment through their site! There was no paypay link or any way of paying through credit card. I think that was designed to frustrate their cusomers in renewing domains so that they can easily snatch domains. There was a Paypal link when I was setting up an account with them years back but it is no longer there.

I made several calls to them but no one ever picked up my calls. All emails to sales@dnforum.com bounced back. My emails to one Hussein, who once communicated with me on behalf of powerwindows.com, when I had similar problem with them, were not responded to either. However, after several efforts, Hussein got back to me and sent me a payplink to make a payment to fund my account.

Now a week is over that I made the payment through paypal and informed them of it, my account has not been credited and no one from them has confirmed the payment. All my emails have been ignored. And my domains are expiring. This is very hurting and I am really losing my patience.

Can any one here please help me out? Some of you guys are members of dnforum. Please help me to speak to them if they are still alive.

But I want everyone to note also that this is how the problem of Registerfly.com began until it became an issue to big for ICCAN to handle. He that has ears let him hear!

Be persistent, get your auth code and get out. It took me months of emails and calls but I finally got an auth code from Huseyin. Like you said, there are no longer links to pay by PayPal or credit card so it's impossible to renew. They don't reply to emails, voice messages, or posts at Dnforum.

Thanks for your response. I will call the number. But can I move domains that are going to be deleted in a couple of days. I have account with answerable.com. I think they are reseller to answerable.com since they use a similar website platform. Can I contact answerable.com directly and see how i can secure my domains?

Domain Jingles is not a reseller for Answerable. DJ is a Registrar who uses the same LogicBoxes interface/platform. You could open an account at Answerable & see if you could push your domains to it from your DJ control panel but I doubt it.

I'd suggest trying a push to Answerable too (maybe not likely). I'd also suggest using their Suggestions and Feedback forum.
