Thumbs up

co-location $100/mo

Glorb Internet Services now offers Co-location for $100/mo for a 1U server, and additional 1U space can be purchased for $50/mo. Included is UNLIMITED transfer (unlimited transfer is not unlimited bandwidth, you would be allowed to sustain 3 t-1's worth of traffic, always burstable to 100mb), UPS backup, 32 IP addresses (given out on an as-needed). Also you would have 24/7 physical access to your server. Here is an IP you can ping 199.218.7.137 If you would like more info, just PM me or visit http://www.glorb.com)

I am interested in your colo service but I am confused by a few things:

On your website it says

Quote:
• You supply the Server Hardware and Operating System

• 1U space

• NO extra charge for excessive traffic

• 24/7 physical access to the server (prior notification required)

• 50 Domain Names

• 32 IP Addresses

• 2 POP3/IMAP/Web Email Accounts @ your DOMAIN

• Switched 100Mb Network

• UPS Back up
That all makes sense except for :

• 50 Domain Names

• 2 POP3/IMAP/Web Email Accounts @ your DOMAIN

If I am providing the hardware how do you plan on regulating the above and why would you even care how many domains or email addresses I have on MY box?

thats how many domains I am willing to host on my dns servers, if you have more, and host them yourself or whatever then that is fine, same goes for email accounts, thats the ammount I am willing to provide you from my mail server, if you provide them from your server, that is fine.
