EquableHost.com Is Hiring Sales & Support Staff


Before EquableHost.com opens, we are looking to gather a team of sales and support staff to provide our true 24/7 support. EquableHost.com will be opening before the 12th of September so the team will be chosen before that date.

Note: You may work Support and Sales in the same selected time slot.


What Support Staff Entails:

  • Answering support tickets as they come in and acknowledge to the user that it has been received and that support is looking over it.
  • Fixing the problem(s) that the customer is experiencing.
  • Providing live support aswell as email support.
  • Provide billing live chat support aswell as answering billing email queries.
  • Provide sales live chat support aswell as answering sales email queries.

Support Staff Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Must provide time slots(in AEST) in which you can provide support. Please note that you must be actively answering tickets every day in this selected time slot unless you provide us with advanced warning that you can't get on at the selected time.
  • You must have experience in WHMCS, Kayako Live Support, cPanel.
  • Must be good in the English language.
  • Must be professional and friendly toward the customers.
  • Must explain things clearly and effectively.
Support Staff Benefits:
  • $2 Per Support Ticket/Support Live Chat Query Resolved.
  • $1 Per Billing or Sales Ticket/Billing or Sales Live Chat Query Resolved.
  • Free 1 GB Space/10 GB BW Shared Hosting Account.
  • @equablehost.com email account.

What Sales Staff Entails:

  • Getting customers to buy EquableHost.com's services.

Sales Staff Requirements:

  • Must be over 16 years of age.
  • Actively advertise EquableHost.com.
  • You must have experience with cPanel, WHM, RVSkins, Fantastico and WHMReseller features.
Sales Staff Benefits:
  • 30% Commission per Customer you get to sign up(through answering their queries or via your advertising.
  • Free 1 GB Space/10 GB BW Shared Hosting Account.
  • @equablehost.com email account.

I'm from Malaysia so my timezone is GMT+8.

I'll take the night shift (at least it'll be night for you guys)

  • Must be professional and friendly toward the customers. I believe I can do that
  • Must explain things clearly and effectively. Will do
Let me know if you're still hiring. I have no problems answering sales / support tickets but I don't think I'll be spending much time actively advertising.

Almost everything is the same!

Except the following:

Im 18 years old from Europe (GMT +2)

I have experiences almost all of linux OS, VPS virtualization (OpenVZ based), dedicated servers (can work without any control panel via SSH from command line), Kayako, ClientExec,ModernBill, WHMCS, cPanel/WHM, Plesk etc..

I have some experiences with FreeBSD but not as much as with linux!
