thelinuxstore.com has what they call "Uptime Quick Ship" servers for $999 that really are quite a good deal. We got one in recently to evaluate, and it seems fine. Good quality components, professional build, etc. The price is right, and we got it a day after it was ordered.

http://www.dell.ca

http://www.valinux.com
http://www.techdata.com

(www.techdata.com is mostly for parts, not whole systems)

(I deleted http://www.cobalt.com after I read that you said "Quality systems"

Dell is very inexpensive, very customizable, and realiable.
