Hosting Company Partner (PHP Coder Preferred)

Hey, I am starting a new web hosting company (again ) and I think I can do it right this time. I need one partner that is willing to split the bill and profit 50/50. If we lose , we lose. I prefer someone with PHP knowledge because I have a great UNIQUE idea but it requires a lot of PHP. No experience needed, I can train you with the basics. Please contact me asap!

Sorry, here is some updated info...

1. I have a website design, domains, WHMCS, and Kayako. It is almost done.
2. The person will have to be serious about it!
3. Server is in Texas.

Well so far I have a server (reseller until it actually goes) until January. I pay all together for kayako and WHMCS about 45 a month. So I guess the person would have to split that. (That would be $22.50 a month). For the PHP side, basically it would be integration into WHMCS or cPanel. I'm sure we can switch billing systems if you are comfortable with another.
