I'm currently looking for someone to make me a file hosting script with a simple members area. Also, I'm in need of a simple members area script.
File Sharing:
-Free members must wait 60 sec before downloading, while paid members don't wait but still have a quota for downloading per day.
-Everyone must register but no confirmation is necessary to use their account.
-Possibly(?) account upgrades (paid members) are automatic after returning from PayPal.
-Easy integration into my current template design (

Members Area:
The user pays, the account is created, and then they have access to a specific set of pages/files/etc for a set amount of time.
