Need server PNAP, NY
I need a Windows dedicated server very close (2-3 hops maybe?) to this IP 209.191.128.96. This is a PNAP router in NY.
Thanks.

Hops don't mean anything are you sure you don't mean low latency?

I do not have access to that IP address so I cannot traceroute to any suggested network.
By hops I definitely mean low latency.
I was hopping that somebody will come up with a company that uses the same datacenter and offers dedicated servers.
btw, thats an vibrant community, in a matter of minutes i got replies!!! well done.

Most anyone in the NYC/NNJ Metro area would be under 1ms to that IP.

May I ask why you need such low latency? I cant think of anything that would require such. For Gaming 1 or 5ms surely doesnt matter much
I get:
~3.0ms from olm.net in CT
~3.2ms from Level3 in Philly (razorservers)
Both very affordable if budget is an issue
Its usually bad practice to ping a router though, cause with heavy traffic ping (echo) replies are the first that it will drop (That is why some routers show massive packetloss, but traffic flowing through it still runs fine)

Though I would tend to agree, some gamers can be quite the pain over 1-2 ms. I would assume he's either looking for more affordable alternatives to the network behind the PNAP router, or he's looking to do some file transfers across networks?
Either way, Voxel is a solid option for NYC connectivity.

I'll second the Voxel recommendation:
PING 209.191.128.96 (209.191.128.96): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 209.191.128.96: icmp_seq=0 ttl=248 time=0.759 ms
64 bytes from 209.191.128.96: icmp_seq=1 ttl=248 time=0.830 ms

I'll third Voxel.
But, if you really do want Internap, you can contact www.thorn.net.
