vpsland.com - how is it

Hi all,
I have no previous experience about VPS. I'm on the way up to VPS and looking for the most suitable one for myself.
Can anyone suggest? how do you think about vpsland.com?

There's a little wonderful box on the top right.
That box is called SEARCH.

That wonderful box is telling me very-not-wonderful things about VPSLand.

The only answer is to try them out and test your customer service. Most company's customer service is poor.

I did searched through that little wonderful box but unable to find any post which is negative about VPSland. Can you please be so kind give us a url to such threads so that the thread starter and others can make an opinion about them.

Thanks.

Thank you all for your comments!
I'm searching for a seft-manage Linux VPS, on which I can install & upgrade applications like php, mysql, firewall,... with guarantee RAM 256MB at least.
too many requirements but my budget is so small (less than 28 USD / month)
