    More RAM more Load?

    Is this normal? We added a 512 stick to a server and it seemed to have a higher load.

    Depends on how much the load raised. Ram shouldn't really change it at all. Adding excessive ram when not needed will sometimes cause it to look through the extra ram before it finds something it's looking for, and can be a bad thing, but I doubt this would raise your load.
