    secure.mytemplatestorage dot com can't login

    Hi all and thanks in advance for the help.

    I can't access any of Template Monster com network of secure site:

    secure.mytemplatestorage com
    secure.template-help com
    templatehelp com
    templatemonster com checkout page
    or any of it's affiliate

    I'm not the only with this problem as I found another thread about it.

    Here are some fact:

    - The problem seems to be Canadian based.
    - The problem is not with my computer because I tried from Futureshop and I couldn't access it either.
    - The problem started a week ago for me but about a month ago for others
    - Me and others with the problem seems to be using different ISP.
    - I can access other secure sites no problem
    - I can see mytemplatestorage com but not secure.mytempl...

    First of all, it's an error on your part:
    you need https:// in front of a secure page
    which I do and Im in Canada, and works perfectly fine

    Secondly, you should contact them directly, because this isn't their support forum, so they will be better to assist you.

    https://secure.mytemplatestorage.com/ is coming up for me without any issues. If you want to redirect http page to the https you may need to add a rule in .htaccess.

    It may have been a temporary problem that has passed. Have you tried clearing your temporary Internet files and cookies, and then trying again? That might clear things up.
