WDServers has started offering VPS's in addition to our dedicated servers. Servers are located in Chicago.
I've been running and hosting proxies for 2+ years and provide basic management and optimization for proxies. This includes handling abuse complaints.
With Xen, overselling is not possible. All resources indicated are 100% reserved for you. All VPS's include swap partitions so even if you need more ram then you are given, your VPS won't simply kill the process like Virtuozzo. Since all resources are allocated beforehand the performance is near dedicated (<1% overhead) compared to Virtuozzo which slows down to a crawl when you need to use any of the resources.
The billing system is still new to us so if there is any issue's we will fix it.
