What do you call your "people"?
What do you call...
Your employees?
Technicians, Agents, Account Representatives?
Your customers?
Clients, customers, users, subscribers, members?
There are so many different options, so what is your philosophy?
How did you decide this?

Today we filled out an application for the gym, and they wanted to know my position at work, so I put down Chief Cookie Monster.
But for the most part, our people are either director of [something or other], senior [something or other] or just plain tech support so they don't get a label.

I call my employees either staff or technicians. It mostly depends on what they do and such. As far as my customers go, I call them clients.

I always refer to my customers as clients, and as MrZodiac said, it would depend on what my staff did. Most likely I would refer to them as some sort of representative though whether it be a support representative, sales rep, or account rep.

While we were a startup with 10-15 employees , Amar ( Co-founder of Bobcares ) called us, "kids" .
We used to mimic him behind his back, and later on the term "Kids" got stuck. Subordinates are always referred to as "kids" and team leader is referred to as "Admi" ( short form of Admin).
After 7 years in industry and 300 people strong, Amar still calls us "Kids" . Hence we also call our subordinates "kids". (There are many "kids" in Bobcares , who are married and having 1-2 children at home.)
Yeah , we also have the normal boring terms like Techs , Admins , Clients & Customers in our vocabulary for documentation purposes.
