The ones offered at ssl4less are compatible with some older browsers that the QuickSSL certs are not. The True eBusinessID's are also more strict in terms of how they are granted, so there is less chance of someone managing to get a certificate in your name. Not that it is easy by any means to do this with the QuickSSL's, but the only check that is done on those is whois information to credit card billing details, which is why they are able to generate them so much faster. Truth be told, I've not had to wait more than three hours for a True eBusinessID.

JFYI, the older Equifax certificates are more compatible than the newer Geotrust certificates. The reason is because Equifax used to use a Thawte root, but Geotrust no longer uses the Thawte root since their contact with Thawte ran out - and that's straight from the horse's mouth (Tony at Geotrust).
