I would like to entertain offers for 3-5 U of real estate in someone's rack in D.C. somewhere.
I don't need physical access, but being able to request reboots and/or remote reboot would be crucial.
We dont use that much bandwidth as this is a research and dev box for an open source project right now and most of our downloads are from google code.
