I have installed Squirrelmail and configure IMAP, Now when I create new mail domain then I can successfuly login in it. But when I create user level mailboxes then I can't login. Can anyone know the reason behind it ?

How did you create mail domain?
Try to check imap/mail logs. Probably, it's authentification issue.
