I would like to sell my webhosting business. My server is only 2 years old from Dell. It is PE750. Server specifications are as follows:

- Dell PowerEdge750
- 2.8GHz, 1MB Cache, P4, 800FSB
- 1GB DDR 400MHz
- 1 CD -ROM, 650MB, 24x, Internal
- 1Floppy Drive
- 1 x 160GB SATA 7.2K RPM HDD
- DRAN III/XT Remote Management Card
- Dual On-Board NICs ONLY
- 1 Bezel for PowerEdge 750 included

Moreover, I have 12 clients I would like to sell, as I am quitting the webhosting business. These cleints are excellent clients. Most of them have been with me for a long time. Support request are almost none (in total for all clients). Here are some details for my clients and server info:

Server only: $580 US

Where are most of these clients located?

I am interested in the clients but what type of control panel are they using? How many clients are paying yearly and monthly? What type of plans/packages?
