urgent help
Hello,
I am having mail receiving problem, when I got to mail scanner
there is a status "W/L"
Where the status should be "clean" "spam""High Spam"
I am not getting what is this "W/L"
Appritiate your help in advance.

Check if the mail that you are seeing the status W/L is in the mail queue from WHM --> Manage mail queue. If you have root shell access, type the following command to see for how many days the mail has been in the queue.
