I use phpSitemapNG on all my sites. Make sure you download the beta, it has more features.

Does local (looks at your directories and grabs every file) and website scans (only finds files linked in your HTML) and a number of other things.

This program is mainly for submitting your site to Google Sitemaps and Yahoo's sitemap service, but it will create a .html, .xml, .rss, and .txt version of your sitemap (you can select which ones it creates). The HTML version would be what you want.
