I'm looking around for a service like this. Your ad above says 12 hrs per server per month but the website says 30. Which is correct? How is the time measured? Do you proactively monitor the servers and take action or do I need to send in a ticket when something goes wrong?

John

The correct time is on the website, 30 hours per month. Each ticket submitted by yourself will count as 1 hour, so that will equal out to 30 tickets per month.

We pro-actively monitor the servers, so if a service goes down and we go in to fix the issue this will not count against your time. Only tickets submitted by you will subtract from the 30 hours per month.
