I'm writing this review about Commit1. I'll try to be as detailed as possible.
I spoke with Anthony somewhere around January about getting a server, and he set me up with a Celeron, for a client of mine.
That was wonderful, server was up in a short period of time, and worked very well. However, it received a few spam complaints from an abused script which were supposedly handled by my client. Great, right? Yeah.
Then I went to cancel about two days before payment was due as client no longer wanted it but subscription paid them anyway. Anyway, this happened around the beginning of February. I spoke about Anthony with a refund and he said he'd update me. February came and went with the "it's being escalated" message quite a few times.
He told me due to the abuse from this client, they probably wouldn't refund me but he'd do his best.
I wasn't the most thrilled, but Anthony worked for me as he felt bad as I had nothing to do with the server.
I spoke to him over MSN from March until yesterday, he kept telling me it would take a lot of time.
Okay, fine, I understood.
I kept messaging him, trying to get some updates, he said that it'll get done eventually. I messaged him yesterday and he told me that he would speak with Katina tomorrow (today), and he'd get back to me.
I just got off the phone with Anthony, he said after much work for me, while being so busy and in and out being ill, he had something for me.
He is going to give me a free server for one month, which is fine.
Anyway, this sums up my review for Commit1.
