Hi everybody, i wonder which virus scanner software is useful for Unix server(Centos 4.5). One of my client install SMF forum and when visitors access the forum, their virus scanner warn that site is affected by trojan. I used Clamav to scan entire home directory but seem nothing found.

Your client's site was most likely affected by a worm of some sort that injcts code into pages. The one I have seen on the internet lately puts in an IFRAME line of code that in turn tries to have the visitor's browser download a virus. The one I am referring to affects affects servers running Cpanel. If the case here is such, no anti-virus software would be a solution for you since the virus actuall resides elsewhere.

On a side note, clamav scans for Windows viruses that may pass thru a Unix server.
There are a few "viruses" that exist, but they're usually introduced by stupid rootkit kiddies, and usually causes your server to start crashing shortly thereafter.
