I'm setting up a site for a client who is starting company sells real estate by sealed bid. I don't really need hosting, and the real estate listing programs I've found don't do what we need them to.
Does anyone know of software that lets you run a sealed bid auction site? It would need to be customizable in that I would need to be able to define custom fields (number of bedrooms, for example).
The site will not be handling any transactions so it's not really an e-commerce site.
Any suggestions, recommendations, or directions are very much appreciated.
