Reseller Relations

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know what the relationship between webkore and adakist is? I have an account with webkore and I am testing out their end-user support, while doing so the emails that goto my clients have the adakist domain on them. Not to mention the "average response times" that are listed in my end user support control panel and adakists site are the same.

This leads me to believe that adakist is providing the end user support for webkore, or am I wrong? Is adakist providing services to webkore, or the other way around?

Can anyone comment on this, i've been doing some searching here at WHT but i haven't turned up too much of anything.

Why you ask it to them? Our hosting provider has an another web site, too. Their solutions and prices is different. One of them provides phone support. But the data center and the support team is same.

Hey I have same feelings like yourself. I'm happy with my host especially bret he's the greatest however sometimes seems that I wait a long time for emails. I just have not had to use end user support yet just not sure how response would be and how long it would be for them. They were fast at first now seems they growing too fast. Anyways I was looking at hosting one my domains and another host to test them both. Anyways ran into Webkore Internet Services and they used wirednoc also.

Hi Jamesjmcardle,

We are not resellers for anyone. We are direct clients of Softlayer.

They I emailed them again and asked about wirenoc and they said

Hi Jamesjmcardle,

Once again, we are not at liberty to reveal anything private.

wirednoc is an anonymous domain used by multiple hosts. All I can say is we are direct clients of Softlayer. Do what you will with this information.

I still don't know but now that you mention support tickets stating same time frames gots me thinking something else

I wished the company would just be upfront with us.....the truth will come out with enough digging.....i'm going to send off an email myself to see what the response is.

Perhaps they are partners as mentioned above to who deal with support. In long run, it can't hurt you since you get two teams handling your support responses??

Why the digging?

Because I would rather be hosted by someone that is higher up in the chain, not a reseller of a reseller of a reseller. I hope that's understandable, I just want to make sure, that's all.

Not sure if this really clarifies anything, but,
webkore.net was registered on 25-Jun-2002
adakist.com was registered on 30-aug-2004

So if one of them was a reseller of the other, I guess it would be adakist, purely because they started off a couple years later. But this still doesn't really prove adakist is a reseller of webkore.

Anthony from Webkore and I have worked together and the end-user support helpdesk that we use is the same system/software. As well, the main Adakist site is hosted at Webkore, but the two remain separate entities.
