    24/7 support? Really?

    How many resellers find themselves giving 24/7 support? I don't just mean how many offer it, as I'm sure everyone does, but how many of you find yourself up at 4am fixing a problem for a customer (that isn't 5 timezones away)?

    How many hours do you usually spend giving support like this?

    you get support representatives in shifts relating to there timezones. So you have some one of multiple people offering support 24/7.

    I'm online only about 10-15 hours everyday but I wake up everytime I get new mail And as deathlord said, we also have several other techs in different time zones.
