Stephen (their main Windows guru) is very competent (we've spoken many a-time). While I haven't tried their VPS services (I'm not a huge Windows guy), I can't complain about their H-Sphere dual OS (since it supports more than 1 platform) reseller accounts. I think you really can't go wrong with them
. I'll let someone with direct experience on their VPS products comment on that portion specifically.
