Depends on what I'm doing... if a lot of work needs doing I prefer to work nights. If not, I tend to work daysChief brew-maker at several hosting brands since 2002.

Hmm, I don't know what is up with me.
Coke/Pepsi/Coffee (coffee really depends on strength) makes me want to fall asleep instead of waking me up.
With about 7-8 hours of sleep, I can go on for 24-28 hours without sleeping or napping - I did this couple of times but it just screwed up my day/night schedule. Now, if there were no day/night, then I would take 33 hour days as 24 hours is not enough time for me.

Go to bed around 2 AM and get up at 5:30 AM usually. Although I haven't been to bed since Tuesday night.

It is summer for me so I do not have any sort of schedule. I like to be sleeping before my parents wake up and be up before my parents get home.

I tend to sleep twice. 7pm - 11pm'ish & 3am - 7am. Kind of wierd I know - but it's a total of 8 hours, which is better than just going to sleep at 2 and getting up at 7. Plus it's what works for me =))

Lately I've been going to bed at 4-5am and getting up between 11am and 1pm.
I have to get out of that habit though...

Bad habit... and my girl hates it!
But it's obvious we all have one thing in common... can't take ourselves away from this screen! (or WHT )
